Radius Yoga Conditioning (RYC), founded and directed by Dana Santas, is an international yoga training and consulting business offering customized sport- and athlete-specific yoga programs and educational workshops.
Radius Yoga Conditioning is Dana’s own power-Hatha hybrid style of yoga based on her “ABC’s of Yoga™” focus (Alignment, Breath & Core) that emphasizes alignment along the kinetic chain, connection to proper breathing, and awareness & engagement of the core as the center of balance and strength. The application of RYC is always based on Dana’s philosophy that “yoga is NOT one size fits all™” and should be adapted to each person’s body & goals.
Specializing in serving serious athletes, RYC offers distinct advantages over other styles of yoga that claim benefits to athletes.
